Excellent and very clean. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great. A hop, skip, and a jump from downtown restaurants and the Carlsbad Caverns. The room was great, bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, and overall a very lovely place to stay after hiking the Caverns.

The breakfast was great - not too busy and the food was hot and fresh - many options. Everything to very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms have nice big mirrors with great lighting and the beds are comfortable. Fridge and microwave in every room. Staff was also awesome!

Well thought out, clean and comfortable. Also, Linas at the front desk was very kind, informative and accommodating. We’ve been on the road for months and stayed in many hotels and the friendly service plus the nice accommodations were just what we needed. Thank you!
